I have checkbot set up as it states, I get a return on my IM that the message was delivered but when I log into Clearcheckbook. I don't see the entry.

I am using google talk.

It actually sends back a message saying something like "You have successfully removed XX.XX from your ClearCheckbook account"?

If you're seeing that message, it should be working. Do you have "Auto-add" turned on? This means the transactions will post directly to your register and you won't have to confirm them or anything.
