Bug - Account balance is incorrect after using import tool

Hello, I just created a new account and am working on getting everything correct. I have just imported files for 4 different accounts (2 checking and 2 savings.) 3 of the 4 have correct balances. The 4th one does not have the correct balance. I have deleted the entire import, deleted the account and re-imported several times for the account and it is still incorrect. What is going on?
