Bug - Expired Bill

I can't figure out why this bill is saying that it's expired?

The bill was set to go through April 28, 2016 (last month). It's no longer going to alert you since the 'stop' date has passed.

But I'm still seeing these on my Dashboard and Bill page...





FYI...I LOVE this site and our money would be crazy if it wasn't for this :)

That's correct. Since the bill expired within the last 30 days you will see that notification. If you want that notification gone, you can either delete the old bill or if you still want the bill to continue, you can edit it so it expires at some point in the future.
