How to re-activate a disabled login

If you opt to close your ClearCheckbook account, we still keep the login information in our system in case you ever need to access it again. We offer an account re-activation method so you can access your account information again.

How to re-activate

If you try signing into a disabled account you will be shown an error with a link to re-activate your account. You can also directly re-activate your account here: Account Re-activation.

Required Fields

Username or Email Address - You can sign in using either your username or your email address.

Password - You must enter your password and it must match exactly (punctuation, capitalization, spaces, etc).

Note: If you forgot your password you can click the Lost Password link under the form. If you forgot the username and email address you used to create your account, please contact us.

Error Messages

Type Message How to Fix
Error We couldn't find a disabled account with that login information. Either your login information wasn't correct or your account isn't disabled. If you continue to have problems, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom right side of the page to let us know. If you know for certain you had previously disabled your account then the email address or username you're using isn't correct. If you're not sure if your account was disabled, you can try signing in normally.
Error You must enter both a username and a password. Make sure you've entered both a username/email address and a password.
