Account Text Report

This report generates a table with all of your Account transaction data.

These reports are currently in beta testing and may be subject to change or removal. Please use the Contact Us form to provide feedback.
This report is only available for ClearCheckbook Premium members.

Where to find this report

Click on the Beta tab and then click on the Account Text link.

What does this report tell me?

The Account Text Report generates a table that shows all of your deposits and withdrawals for your accounts in a given timeframe.

The Report Options form lets you set a few options to help get the results you want.

In this example we are changing the Deposits option to Separate.

The Report Options for the Account Text Report are explained below.

Option Description
Date Range You can set the start and end dates to show up in the chart.
Calculate Totals Using There are three options: All Months - this is the default option and will show all months between the two dates. Non-empty Months - any months do not have any data will be hidden. Months So Far - if the end date in the date range is in the future, only months through the current month will be shown.
Deposits There are three options: Sum - this is the default option and sums deposits and withdrawals to show one value. Ignore - any deposits will be ignored and only the withdrawals will be shown. Separate - this will show two values in each cell where there are both deposits and withdrawals.
Average Column You can choose to Show or Hide the Average column.
