2 Factor Authentication

2 Factor Authentication (2FA) is an added layer of security which promps you to enter a 6-digit pin code obtained from an authenticator app on your phone.

How to Enable / Disable 2FA

You can reference how to enable and disable 2 Factor Authentication in the Settings Security 2 Factor Authentication Knowledge Base section.

Bypassing 2FA Pin entry

If you lost your phone or are unable to access your authenticator app, you can bypass the sign in by having a code sent to your main email address on file. When you enter the code it will disable 2FA and you can re-enable it at any time.

From the authentication code entry page, click the link that says Help! I can't access my code and then follow the instructions.

Error There was an error setting up your 2-step verification. Please try logging in again. If you continue to have problems, please contact us. This error usually appears if you waited too long to submit your 2fa code and your session expired. Simply try the process again.
