Bypassing 2FA Pin entry
If you lost your phone or are unable to access your authenticator app, you can bypass the sign in by having a code sent to your main email address on file. When you enter the code it will disable 2FA and you can re-enable it at any time.
From the authentication code entry page, click the link that says Help! I can't access my code and then follow the instructions.
How to Fix
The code you entered isn't valid. Please try again.
The most common cause of this is waiting too long to submit the code and it has expired and changed.
The code you entered must be 6 digits long.
2 Factor Authentication codes are always 6 digits. Make sure you didn't enter another character or leave one out by mistake.
There was an error setting up your 2-step verification. Please try logging in again. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
This error usually appears if you waited too long to submit your 2fa code and your session expired. Simply try the process again.
