The Money Lending Tracker will help you keep track of who owes you money or who you owe money to.
You can find the Money Lending Tracker by clicking on Tools at the top of the page, then click on the Money Lending Tracker link.The Money Lending Tracker is a tool built to help you keep track of who you loaned money to or who you borrowed money from. This is a great tool for people with roommates, friends or family who you're always loaning money to or borrowing money from.
The tool can also be used to keep track of repaying a friend who might have paid for lunch or a roommate who covered utilities one month.To add a new amount, click on the blue + Add Amount button at the top of the Money Lending Tracker. When you do, a form will appear where you can enter the details of the amount.
The fields in the Add New Item form are shown in the screenshot and explained in the table below.

The lending list is broken into two sections: Money Owed and Money Borrowed. Items where people owe you money have a blue border while items where you owe people money have an orange border. If an item is overdue, the border is red and there will be an Overdue alert.
Each section shows who you borrowed money from or who you loaned money to, the amount, how much has been repaid and the loan / repayment date information.
When it comes time to record a partial or interest only payment toward one of the loaned or borrowed amounts, you first click the down arrow on the right side of the item to bring up the action options.
Next, click the + Add Payment button to open the payment form.
An Add Payment form will appear where you can add the payment amount and an optional note.
Interest only? option. To edit an existing owed or borrowed item, first click the down arrow on the right side of the item to bring up the action options.
Next, click the Edit link to open the edit form.
This will bring up an Edit form where you can change any of the details for the item.
To delete an item, first click the down arrow on the right side of the item to bring up the action options.
Next, click the Delete link to permanently remove the item.
To view the payment history for an item, first click the down arrow on the right side of the item to bring up the action options.
Next, click the History link to bring up a list of payments made to the item.
The payment history will list the date a payment was made, note and amount. You can also edit and delete payments from this screen.
To mark an item as paid, first click the down arrow on the right side of the item to bring up the action options.
Next, click the Mark as Repaid to mark the item as paid.
When you've marked items as paid they will appear in a Completed Items list at the bottom of the page.
By default, the completed items list is minimized. To expand it and view the completed items, click on the Completed Items link.
History link. Clicking the Delete link will delete the completed item. If you want to see totals for multiple items, you can expand the items by first clicking the down arrow on the right side of them and then clicking the checkbox on the right side.
The Selected Item Stats will show you the total amount remaining and repaid for the selected items. If you select both owed and borrowed items, the totals will show up in separate tables.
