Custom Reports

Use the Search form to build a completely custom set of criteria for reporting purposes.
This report is only available for ClearCheckbook Premium members.

Where to find this report

Click on the Custom tab in the Reports navigation.

What does this report tell me?

The Custom Reports tool uses the Search form to let you build a custom set of search criteria and then view the results in graphical format with the data summed by Day or Month.

You can learn more about all of the Search options by viewing the Search Tool knowledge base section.

In the example below we will be searching for all of our Food -> Grocery spending for the Last 90 Days and viewing the results summed by Day.

The resulting report based on the above criteria looks like the following:

In the example below we will be searching for all of our Food -> Grocery spending for the Last Year and viewing the results summed by Month.

You can click on the View Transactions link to view all the transactions that make up this report.
